Gaming Machine (Amendment) Ordinance 1988

An Ordinance to amend the Gaming Machine Ordinance 1987

Short title

1.  This Ordinance may be cited as the Gaming Machine (Amendment) Ordinance 1988.1

Commencement

2.  This Ordinance shall come into operation on 1 July 1988.

Transfer of licences

3.  Section 23 of the Gaming Machine Ordinance 19872 is amended by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsection:

“(1A)  The Authority may approve the transfer of a gaming machine licence held by a club in respect of premises to which a Club Licence applies to another club which holds a gaming machine licence in respect of premises to which a Club Licence applies.”.
