Part 1 Gaming Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Gaming Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . Part 2 Amendment of Casino Control Regulation 1999 2 Regulation amended This part amends the Casino Control Regulation 1999. 3 Amendment of s 47 (Approval of gaming equipment—Act, s 62) Section 47— insert— ‘(5) A fee stated in schedule 4, item 6 may consist of, or include, an amount for part of an hour that is the equivalent of the relevant proportion of the hourly rate, stated in the schedule, worked out using 15-minute periods (wholly or partly completed).’. 4 Amendment of sch 4 (Fees) Schedule 4, item 6— insert— ‘Note — See section 47(5) in relation to a fee for part of an hour.’. 2011 SL No. 199 Page 3
