This regulation may be cited as the Gaming Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Commencement 2.(1) Part 2 is taken to have commenced on 1 September 1999. (2) Part 4 commences on 1 December 1999. PART 2—AMENDMENT OF ART UNIONS REGULATION 1992 ˙ Regulation amended in pt 2 3. This part amends the Art Unions Regulation 1992 . ˙ Amendment of sch 1 (Fees, costs, charges and taxes) 4. Schedule 1, items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 14— omit, insert— ‘ 1. Section 14(b)— omit, insert— ‘(b) for an investigation under section 26 or 30 of the Act—does not provide the information within the time stated in the requirement.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 4 (Fees) 7. Schedule 4— insert— ‘ 6. This part amends the InteractiveGambling(PlayerProtection)Regulation 1998 . ˙ Amendment of sch 3 (Fees) 9. Schedule 3, item 1(a)— omit, insert— ‘(a) if the applicant is a person authorised to conduct an art union under the CharitableandNon-ProfitGaming Act 1999 and the application relates to an art union under that Act . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 1 000.00’. This part amends the Wagering Regulation 1999 . ˙ Amendment of s 6 (Wagering tax—Act, s 166) 11.(1) Section 6(1), ‘and (b)’— omit. (2) Section 6— insert—
