Gaming Control Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2000

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Gaming Control Act 1993 .11 December 2000

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Gaming Control Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2000 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Gaming Control Regulations 1994 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after subparagraph (ii) in paragraph (b) of item 3B the following item:

Request to amend the conditions of a licensed premises gaming licence in accordance with section 44(2)(a) of the Act

These regulations are administered in the Department of Treasury and Finance.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the regulation) These regulations prescribe a fee in relation to a request by the licensee for conditions of a licensed premises gaming licence to be amended.
