Gaming Control Amendment Regulations 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Gaming Control Act 1993 .24 September 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Gaming Control Amendment Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Gaming Control Regulations 1994 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by inserting after subparagraph (ii) in paragraph (g) of item 5 the following:

(h) Tasmanian gaming licence operative –
(i) if the employee has been fingerprinted for the purposes of the Act or these regulations	90
(ii) if the employee has not been so fingerprinted	120
(j) Tasmanian gaming licence management	250

(b) by inserting after paragraph (f) in item 7 the following:

(g) Tasmanian gaming licence operative	90
(h) Tasmanian gaming licence management	110
