I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Gaming Control Act 1993 .20 June 2022

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Gaming Control Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2022. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 July 2022. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Gaming Control Regulations 2014 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Gaming Control Regulations 2014. 5The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Gaming Control Regulations 2014. 6The amendments effected by this regulation have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Gaming Control Regulations 2014.
