Gaming Commission Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Gaming Commission
Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2000.

2.            Schedule 4 amended

Schedule 4 to the Gaming Commission Regulations 1988* is amended in Part 2 Division 1 rule 2(3)(b) by inserting before "the making" —

the printing of the results in a publication, the name and

date of issue of which are printed on the ticket, and
