GAMING COMMISSION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO.3) 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Gaming Commission Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1993.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Gaming Commission Regulations 1988* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 21A inserted

3.   After regulation 21 of the principal regulations the following regulation

is inserted —

Permits

21A. (1) A permit shall specify, as a condition of that permit, whether a session of the permitted bingo is to be conducted in the day (any 3 hour period after 9.00am and before 7.00pm) or at night (any 3 hour period after 7.00pm and before 9.00am).

(2)

An organization may have no more than 2 permits per week, those permits being either for 2 day sessions, 2 night sessions, or a combination of one day session and one night session, of bingo.

(3) Premises may not be used to conduct more than one day

session and one night session of bingo in any 24 hour period.

Regulation 22 amended

4.   Regulation 22(2) of the principal regulations is amended —

(a)	after paragraph (ha) by deleting "; and" and substituting a full stop; and
(b)	by deleting paragraph (c).
