Gaming Commission Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Gaming Commission
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998.

2.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Gaming Commission Regulations 1988* is amended as follows:

(a)

in column 1 by deleting “104 (1) (a)” in both places “ 104 ”;

(b)

in column 1 by deleting “104 (1) (b)” in both places “ 104 ”;

(c)

after paragraph (d) in the item commencing “47, 53 Fee inserting —

“

104	(da)	a standard lottery of a kind generally
known or described as a calcutta . . . . . . . . . 50

”;

(d) after paragraph (d) in the item commencing “47, 53 Fee on application for a permit of a continuing nature for —” by inserting —

“

104	(da)	a standard lottery of a kind generally
known or described as a calcutta . . . . . . . . . 100

”.
