Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Gaming Commission Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1993.

Regulation 39A inserted

2.     After regulation 39 of the Gaming Comm,:ssion Amendment Regulations

1988* the following regulation is inserted —

provided in relation to or in connection with any entertainment or

sporting event is unlawful if —

(a)	the amount paid for a chance to win a prize exceeds $2.00;
(b)
or $10.00 worth; or the maximum prize to be distributed exceeds $10.00
(c)	the amusement with prizes is conducted at any time other than during the entertainment or sporting event to which it relates. 9)
