Gaming Commission Amendment

Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Gaming Commission
Amendment Regulations 2003.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2004.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Gaming
Commission Regulations 1988*.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 column 3 is amended as follows:

(e)	by deleting "230" and inserting instead —
" 240 ";
(a)

by deleting "105" in the 5 places where it occurs and " 110 ";

(b)

by deleting "125" in the 2 places where it occurs and " 130 ";

(c)

by deleting "155" in the 4 places where it occurs and " 160 ";

(d)

by deleting "205" in the 4 places where it occurs and " 215 ";
