Gaming and Wagering Commission Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2004
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Gaming and Wagering
Commission Amendment Regulations (No. 2)2004.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2005.
3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Gaming and
Wagering Commission Regulations 1988*.[* Reprinted as at 4 May 2001. For amendments to 24 May 2004 see Western Australian

4. Schedule 1 replaced
Schedule 1 is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead -
