Gaming and Wagering Commission Amendment

Regulations 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Gaming and Wagering Commission

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.           Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Gaming and Wagering
Commission Regulations 1988.

4.            Regulation 16 amended

(1) In regulation 16(1) delete "or its representative.

(2) In regulation 16(2):

(a) delete "7 days" and insert:

14 days

(b) delete the passage that begins with "shall" and continues to the end of the subsection and insert:

must give to the Commission a financial statement -

(a)	in the form, or substantially in the form, that is annexed to the permit; and
(b)	in accordance with any directions of the Commission which relate to that form.

(3) In regulation 16(2a) delete "shall be deemed to have been

required under section 82 to furnish" and insert:

must give

(4) In regulation 16(3):

(a)	delete "or any person required to furnish information under section 82";
(b)	delete "or section 82".

5.           Regulation 33 amended

In regulation 33(2)(a) delete "supplier within the meaning of section 108 of the Stamp Act 1921; and" and insert:

supplier; and
