Gaming and Wagering Commission Amendment
Regulations 2005
Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
I. Citation
These regulations are the Gaming and Wagering Commission
Amendment Regulations 2005.2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 January 2006.
3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Gaming and
Wagering Commission Regulations 1988*.[* Reprint 3 as at 1 October 2004. For amendments to 2 August 2005 see Western Australian Legislation Information Tables for 2004, Table 4, p. 157.]
4. Schedule 1 replaced
Schedule 1 is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead
