Gaming and Wagering Commission Amendment

Regulations 2004

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Gaming and Wagering

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Gaming and
Wagering Commission Regulations 1988*.

3.            Regulation 9 amended

(1)	Regulation 9(3) is amended by deleting "28 days" and inserting instead —
" 7 days ".
(2)	Regulation 9(4) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "Commission —" and inserting instead — " Commission not later than 7 days ";
(b)	by deleting paragraph (a) and "and" after it;
(c)	by deleting paragraph (b).
