| A n Act to amend the Gaming and Betting Act, 1912, in relation to the age at which persons may make a bet or wager and to remove a restriction on the publication of information concerning certain totalizator dividends. [Assented to, 10th December, 1975.] | BE |
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. This Act may be cited as the "Gaming and Betting (Amendment) Act, 1975".
2. The Gaming and Betting Act, 1912, is amended in
the manner set forth in Schedule 1.

AMENDMENTS TO THE GAMING AND BETTING A C T , 1 9 1 2 , (1 ) Section 1— Omit "infants", insert instead "persons under the age
of 1 8 years".
(2) (a) Section 10, short heading— Omit "infants", insert instead "persons under the age of 18 years".
(b) Section 10 ( a ) —
Omit "twenty-one years", insert instead "18
years".
