GAMING AND BETTING

(AMENDMENT) ACT.

Act No. 14, 1937.

An Act to amend the Gaming and Betting Act, 1912-1936, in certain respects; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 18th November, 1937.]

Tj>L it enacted l>y (lie King's Most Excellent Majesty, AJ> by and "with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Xew South "Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the " Gaming and Betting (Amendment) Act, 1937," and shall be read and construed with the Gaming and Betting Act, 1912-1936.

(1) The number of days upon which meetings for greyhound-racing maybe held on Harold Park Racecourse during the period commencing at the commencement of this Act and ending on the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, shall be six and six only.
