Game and Feral Animal Control Act 2002, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend the Game and Feral Animal Control Act 2002 to remove the requirement for a person to hold a game hunting licence to hunt deer on private land.
This Order is made under section 5 (2) of the Game and Feral Animal Control Act 2002.
