AN ACT to further amend the Game Act,
1892.

1. This Act may be cited as the Game Act Amendment Act, Short title.

bird or animal, unless he shall prove that such game or bird or animal was imported from beyond the State or was lawfully killed within the State :
Provided that in the case of any such proclamation which shall have come into operation before the enactment of this Act, the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply as if such procla- mation had come into operation on the enactment of this Act.
