AN ACT to amend and make perpetual " The Game

Act, 1874."

[Assented to, 7th September, 1876.]

HEREAS it is expedient to amend and make perpetual Preamble.

"The Game Act, 1871; " Be it therefore enacted by His 38 Viet., No. 4.

Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council

thereof, as follows :—

1874, Amendment Act, 1876." 1 THIS Act may be cited for all purposes as " The Game Act, Short Title.

2 " THE Game Act, 1874 " as amended by this Act is hereby	made perpetual.
