Gambling (Two-up) Regulation 2005 (NSW)

1Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Gambling (Two-up) Regulation 2005.

2Definition

In this Regulation:

the Act means the Gambling (Two-up) Act 1998.

3Commemorative days

The following days are prescribed for the purposes of section 4A of the Act:

• (a)

  15 August (in any year),

• (b)

  11 November (in any year, but only that part of that day that is after 12 noon).
