Part 2 Amendment of Casino Control Regulation 1999 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Casino Control Regulation 1999. 4 ‘43A Insertion of new s 43A Part 8— insert— Prescribed persons for appointment as inspectors—Act, s 6 ‘For section 6(1)(b) 1 of the Act, a police officer is a prescribed person.’. 5 Amendment of sch 1 (Entities) (1) Schedule 1, ‘Casino Control Authority, New Zealand’, ‘Gaming Commission of Western Australia’, ‘Lotteries Commission of Western Australia’, ‘Office of Gambling 1 Section 6 (Appointment of inspectors) of the Act
