This proclamation is the Gambling Legislation Amendment Act 2024 Commencement Proclamation 2025.

2.Commencement

The Gambling Legislation Amendment Act 2024 sections 33 and 49 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published on the WA legislation website.
