Gambling and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2010 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Gambling and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2010 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provision (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 15 October 2011. (2) In this section— postponed law means the GamblingandOtherLegislationAmendment Act 2009 , section 19. Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 16 October 2011. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 17 October 2011.
