We, PETER HOWARD COSTELLO, Treasurer, and NICHOLAS HUGH MINCHIN, Minister for Finance and Administration, make this Determination under paragraph 3 (1) (a) and subparagraph 3 (2) (a) (i) of Schedule 1 to the Future Fund Act 2006.

1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Future Fund (Crediting of Additional Amounts) Determination 2007 (No. 2).

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day on which it is registered.

Note   Section 42 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003 (which deals with disallowance of legislative instruments) does not apply to this instrument: see subclause 3 (5) of Schedule 1 to the Future Fund Act 2006.

1. Crediting of additional amounts

For paragraph 3 (1) (a) of Schedule 1 to the Future Fund Act 2006, $151 000 000 is to be credited to the Fund Account on 22 June 2007.

Note   The Fund Account is the Future Fund Special Account established by section 12 of the Future Fund Act 2006.

1. Balance day

For subparagraph 3 (2) (a) (i) of Schedule 1 to the Future Fund Act 2006, the balance day for this Determination is 1 June 2007.
