We, PETER CRAIG DUTTON, Acting Treasurer, and NICHOLAS HUGH MINCHIN, Minister for Finance and Administration, make this Determination under paragraph 3 (1) (b) and subparagraph 3 (2) (a) (i) of Schedule 1 to the Future Fund Act 2006.

1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Future Fund (Crediting of Additional Amounts) Determination 2006.

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.

1. Crediting of additional amounts

For paragraph 3 (1) (b) of Schedule 1 to the Future Fund Act 2006, an amount specified in an item in the table is to be credited to the Fund Account on the date specified in the item.

1. Balance day

For subparagraph 3 (2) (a) (i) of Schedule 1 to the Future Fund Act 2006, the balance day for this Determination is 8 December 2006.

The Fund Account is the Future Fund Special Account established by section 12 of the Future Fund Act 2006.
