Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following

Explanatory note
Funeral Funds Act 1979
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable under the in respect regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Funeral Funds Amendment (Fees) Regulation 2014.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2014 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
