Fuel Suppliers Licensing and Diesel Subsidies

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fuel Suppliers Licensing and Diesel Subsidies Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1998.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which Part
2 of the Revenue Laws Amendment (Assessment) Act 1998
comes into operation.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fuel Suppliers
Licensing and Diesel Subsidies Regulations 1998 *.

4.	Citation amended Regulation 1 is amended by deleting “and Diesel Subsidies”.
5.	Part 4 repealed Part 4 is repealed.
