Fuel Suppliers Licensing Amendment

Regulations 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fuel Suppliers Licensing Amendment Regulations 2000.
2.	Commencement These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

Regulation 16(2) of the Fuel Suppliers Licensing Regulations 1998*
is repealed and the following subregulation is inserted
instead —

(2) For the purpose of section 44(2) of the Act, the

prescribed time in respect of a prescribed period is any

time within the shorter of—

(a) the period of 2 years after the end of the

(b) the period beginning on the day after the end of

the prescribed period and ending on

31 December 2000.
