I, Zed Seselja, Assistant Minister for Treasury and Finance, make this determination under subsection 8 (1) of the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Act 2015.

This determination is the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Determination 2019 (No. 1).
Commencement
This determination commences on the day on which it is registered.
Note: Section 42 of the Legislation Act 2003 (which deals with disallowance of legislative instruments) does not apply to this instrument: see subsection 8 (3) of the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Act 2015.
Authority
This determination is made under subsection 8 (1) of the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Act 2015.
Crediting of amounts
An amount of $557,000,000.00 is to be credited to the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) special account on 28 March 2019.
Note: The Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) special account is the special account established by section 7 of the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Act 2015.
