I, SCOTT JOHN MORRISON, Treasurer, make this determination under subsection 8 (1) of the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Act 2015.

1. Name of Determination

This determination is the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Determination 2017 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This determination commences on the day on which it is registered.

Note: Section 42 of the Legislation Act 2003 (which deals with disallowance of legislative instruments) does not apply to this instrument: see subsection 8 (3) of the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Act 2015.

1. Crediting of amounts

For subsection 8 (1) of the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Act 2015, $275,000,000 is to be credited to the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) special account on 1 May 2017.

Note: The Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) special account is the special account established by section 7 of the Fuel Indexation (Road Funding) Special Account Act 2015.
