This regulation may be cited as the Fruit Marketing Organisation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1999 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Fruit Marketing Organisation Regulation 1964 . ˙ Amendment of s 11 3. Section 11(1)(ba)— omit, insert— ‘(ba)for the tomato sectional group committee, any of the following tomatoes produced from land with an area of at least the area stated opposite the tomatoes— (i) greenhouse tomatoes—0.2 ha; (ii) cherry tomatoes, other than greenhouse tomatoes—0.5 ha; (iii) roma tomatoes, other than greenhouse tomatoes—1 ha; (iv) trellis tomatoes—1 ha; (v) other tomatoes—2 ha; and’. ˙ Amendment of s 13 4.(1) Section 13(1)(ba)— omit, insert— ‘(ba)for the tomato sectional group committee, any of the following tomatoes produced from land with an area of at least the area stated opposite the tomatoes— (i) greenhouse tomatoes—0.4 ha; (ii) cherry tomatoes, other than greenhouse tomatoes—2 ha; (iii) roma tomatoes, other than greenhouse tomatoes—2.5 ha;
