2 Fruit Marketing Organisation Amendment (No. 1) No. 58, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Fruit Marketing Organisation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Fruit Marketing Organisation Regulation 1964 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new s.96 3. Before section 97 (in Part 6)— insert— ˙ ‘Grower services ‘96. For the purposes of section 2 of the Act(definition “grower services”), grower services includes the organisation and management of a scheme to provide quality strawberry runners to strawberry growers. ’.
