AN ACT to amend the Fruit Growing Industry

(Trust Fund) Act, 1941-1951.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Fruit Grow-

ing Industry (Trust Fund) Act Amendment Act,

1956.

(2) In this Act the Fruit Growing Industry

(Trust Fund) Act, 1941-1951,

Act No. 47 of 1941, as amended by Acts Nos. 11 of 1944 and 39 of 1951,

is referred to in this Act as the principal Act

Trust Fund.

(3) The principal Act, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Fruit Growing Industry (Trust Fund) Act, 1941-1956.
