AN ACT to amend the Fruit Growing Industry

(Trust Fund) Act, 1941-1944.

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Fruit Growing Industry (Trust Fund) Act Amendment Act, 1951, and shall be read as one with the Fruit Growing Industry (Trust Fund) Act, 1941-1944 (Act No. 47 of 1941, as amended by Act No. 11 of 1944), referred to in this Act as the principal Act. Short title.

The principal Act, as amended by this Act, may be cited as the Fruit Growing Industry (Trust	principal Act

Paragraph (i) of the proviso to subsection (5) of section seventeen of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "one-half penny" in line two, the words, "one penny". amended.
