A n Act to repeal the Fruit Cases Act, 1912, and enactments

amending that Act. [Assented to, 10th December, 1975.1

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Act, 1975".

1.      This Act may be cited as the "Fruit Cases (Repeal) Short title.

2 .      Each Act specified in Column 1 of Schedule 1 is ,

to the extent specified opposite that Act in Column 2 of

Schedule 1, repealed.
