THE FRUIT CASES ACTS [ASSENTED TO 26TH SEPTEMBER, 1922.] A A M C E T ND O ~ F 1 1 E 9 N 2 T 2 ' ., B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. This Act may be cited as "The Fruit Cases Acts Short title Amendment Act of 1922," and shall be read as one with and t t' *" The Fr~ lit Cases Acts, 1912 lo 1916," herein collectively ~f~o~~c 100 referred to as the Principal Act. 2 After subsection two of section 6A of the Amendment Principal Act, the following subsection is inserted :_ of s. 6A. [2A.] No person shall- (a) Pack. any fruit or vegetables intended for sale unless such fruit or vegetables is or are graded as prescribed by Regulation; or (b) Sell any fruit or vegetables in a package if such fruit or vegetables is not or are not graded as prescribed by Regulation; or * 3 Geo. [ASSENTED TO 18TH OCTOBER, 1922.] B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty; _ by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :-- Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as "The Auctioneers and Comm~ ssion Agents Act of 1922." 'Operation of 2. (1.) All the provisions of this Act relating to ! ~ ~ t~ Sn! ~ ~ s. auctioneers shall come into operation on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and, save as next hen~inafter mentioned, shall be in force throughout Queensland. Exemptions The provisions of this Act relating to auctioneers f p r r o o m visions shall not apply to- as to auctioneers. (a) Any person selling by auction any Crown lands or other Crown property under the authority of the Secretary for Public Lands or any other competent authority;
