AN ACT to amend section eight of the Fruit Cases

Act, 1919.

the same, as follows:—

Tins Act may be cited as the Fruit Cases Act Amend-

Cases Act, 1919, hereafter called the principal Act.

Section eight of the principal Act is hereby amended

by adding a proviso to and at the end of paragraph (1) of

that section, as follows:

Provided, further, that the prohibitions contained in this section shall not apply to any case when it is being used solely for the carriage of grapes by rail to a point situated east of the No. 1 Rabbit-proof Fence.
