[L.S.] Cross, Governor of the State of Western Australia.

I. the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Friendly Societies (Western Australia) Act 1999 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 24 May 1999 as the day on which the provisions of that Act come into operation.
