These Regulations were impliedly revoked on 1 November 2000 because the authorising provisions in the Friendly Societies (Victoria) Act 1996, No. 83/1996 were repealed by section 20(2) of the Financial Sector Reform (Victoria) Act 1999, No. 37/1999.
