AN ACT to amend the Friendly Societies Act

1894-1975.

(Assented to 22 November 1983.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Friendly and

Amendment Act 1983.

Section 7

amended.

2. Section 7 of the principal Act is amended in subsection (2) by deleting "six thousand dollars" and substituting the following-

" $25 000 ".
