| Wales in Parliament, assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :— | |
| 1. This Act may be cited as the "Fr iendly Societies (Amendment) Act, 1910 ." | |
| 2. Subsection one of section thirty-eight of the Friendly Societies Act, 1912, is amended by inserting after the first proviso the following further proviso :— " Provided also that where the sickness and funeral | |
| funds of a friendly society are administered by one | |
| central body for the whole society, such funds shall, for the purposes of this section, be deemed to be one fund." |
