An Act to amend the Friendly Societies (Further
Amendment) Act, 1901. [5th December, 1903.]

au thor i ty of the same, as follows :—
1. This Act may be eited as t he " F r i end ly Societies (Amending)
| Ac t , | 1 9 0 3 . " |
2. Pa rag raph (a) of subsection one of section two of the
| F r i end ly | Societies | ( F u r t h e r | A m e n d m e n t ) | Act, 1901, is | repealed, | and |
(ii) the members jo in ing the society after such da t e . " Act
t h e fol lowing is subs t i tu ted in its place :—
" (a) Tha t separate and dist inct accounts shall be kep t of the contr ibut ions to and paymen t s from the funds payable in case of sickness or death respectively by and t o —
(i) the members of the society before t he first day of J a n u a r y , one thousand nine hundred and three ; and
