B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, . by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. This Act may be cited as " The Friendly Societies Short title Acts Amendment Act of 1939," and shall be read as one and t et' with *" The Friendly Societies Acts, 1913 to 1938," herein cons ru Ion. referred to as the Principal Act.
