No. 37 of 1956.
AN ACT to amend the Friendly Societies Act, 1894- 1952, and to make provision in the Act that no Registered Friendly Society carrying on a Dispensary for the purpose of Dispensing Medi- cines pursuant to that Act is precluded from carrying on with any member of the general public at that Dispensary the Business and Trade ordinarily carried on by a Pharmaceu- tical and Dispensing Chemist and Druggist.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Friendly glarAat,
Societies Act Amendment Act, 1956.

| (2) | In this Act, the Friendly Societies Act, 1894- Act 58 Vict., No. 23 as reprinted with amendments to and including Act No. 48 of 1923 incorporated in the Sessional Volume of the Acts of the Parliament of Western Australia passed during the Third Session of the Eleventh Parliament, 1923, and f u r t h e r amended by Acts No. 38 of 1930, No. 38 of 1938, No. 41 of 1939, No. 13 of 1946, No. 26 of 1948 and No. 14 of 1952, |

is referred to as the principal Act.

may be cited as the Friendly Societies Act, 1894-

2. The principal Act is amended by adding after
section seven a section as follows:—
