AN ACT to amend the Fremantle (Skinner street) Dis-
used Cemetery Amendment Act, 1931.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Westernby and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

| This Act may be cited as the Fremantle (Skinner street) Disused Cemetery Amendment Act, 1935, and | Short title. |

| of the principal Act, may by proclamation declare that the lands vested in the city of Fremantle by section two of the principal Act shall thenceforth be freed and dis- charged from all trusts affecting the same, to the intent that the same shall thereby be created and thenceforth used as a class A reserve for the purpose of public recre- ation, in the same way as if it had been duly classified as such under section thirty-one of the Land Act. 1933. |
