No. 15 of 1931.

AN ACT to provide for the vesting of certain Lands now vested in the Trustees of the Fremantle Cemetery in the City of Fremantle and amend the Fremantle (Skinner street) Disused Cemetery Act, 1909.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by

and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western. Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Fremantle (Skinner Short title.
