No. 15 of 1931.
AN ACT to provide for the vesting of certain Lands now vested in the Trustees of the Fremantle Cemetery in the City of Fremantle and amend the Fremantle (Skinner street) Disused Cemetery Act, 1909.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by
and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western. Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
1. This Act may be cited as the Fremantle (Skinner Short title.
street) Disused Cemetery Amendment Act, 1931, and shall be read as one with the Fremantle (Skinner street) Disused Cemetery Act, 1909, hereinafter called the principal Act.
2. The lands vested in the trustees of the Fremantle crigrartlevdrit

| to be collected with due care and removed to the Fre- mantle public cemetery, and shall there cause such remains to be reverently buried and such slabs and tombstones to be re-erected and full records in each case to be entered up in the register of the said cemetery. |

It shall be lawful for but not obligatory on the council of the said city, in default of any arrangement being come to with the representatives or known relatives of the persons so buried to pay the cost of such re-inter- ment, to defray the same out of the funds of the city.
