FREMANTLE PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 4)
1992

Made by the Fremantle Port Authority and approved by the Deputy of the

Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive Council.

Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Fremantle Port Authority Amendment
Regulations (No. 4) 1992.
Regulation 131 amended
2. Regulation 131 of the Fremantle Port Authority Regulations 1971* is

amended—

(a) in subregulation (2) (a) (ii) by deleting "per 2 hours' and substituting-

" for each hour "; and

(b) in subregulation (3) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the

following paragraph-

" (b) "ordinary hours' are the hours between 7 am and 4 pm on any

day; ".
