FREMANTLE PORT AUTHORITY AMENDMENT REGULATIONS

(No. 2) 1997

(a)	in subregulation (1) by deleting 1100.00" and substituting the following —
" $95.00 ";

Made by Fremantle Port Authority and approved by the Governor in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.    These regulations may be cited as the Fremantle Port Authority

Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 1997.

Principal regulations

2.     In these regulations the Fremantle Port Authority Regulations 1971* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

3.	Regulation 70A of the principal regulations is amended	—

4.      Regulation 102 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting the

Regulation 106 amended

5.      Regulation 106 of the principal regulations is amended -

(a) in subregulation (1) by deleting "$280" and substituting the

following -

" $266.00

(b) in subregulation (2) by deleting "$250" and substituting the

following -

$237.50 "; and

(c) in subregulation (3) by deleting "$250" and substituting the

following -

" $237.50 ".

Regulation 116 amended

6.      Regulation 116 (1) of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph

(a) by deleting "$595" and substituting the following -
" $565.25 ".

Regulation 122 amended

7. Regulation 122 (3) of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph

(a) by deleting "$50" and substituting the following *

" $47.50 ".

Regulation 139 amended

S. Regulation 139 of the principal regulations is amended -

(a)	by deleting the subregulation designation "(1)"; and
(b)	by deleting paragraphs (a) to (g) and substituting the following paragraphs -

(a)	sheep, pigs or goats is $0.18 for each animal;
(b)	water is $0.70 for each kilolitre;
(c)	a 20' full container is $47.30;
(d)	a 40' full container is $94.60;
(e)	a 20' empty container is $7.70;
(0	a 40' empty container is $15.40; or

(g) any other cargo is $2.82 for each tonne, kilolitre or cubic metre, as applicable to the particular type of cargo.

Regulation 139A amended

9.      Regulation 139A of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) by deleting subregulation (2) and substituting the following

subregulation

(2) The cargo berth hire charge that applies to —

(a)	a 20' full container is $13.90;
(b)	a 40' full container is $27.80; or
(c)	subject to subregulation (3), any other cargo is $1.06 for each tonne, kilolitre or cubic metre, as applicable to the particular type of cargo.

and

(b) in subregulation (3) by deleting "139 (1)" and substituting the

following —

" 139 ".

Regulation 140 amended

10.      Regulation 140 (1) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

10.0497" and substituting the following —
" $0.03 ".
Regulation 146 amended

11.      Regulation 146 (1) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

12.97" and substituting the following —
" $2.82 ".
Regulation 183 amended

12.      Regulation 183 (1) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"or in any shed".
