Fremantle Port Authority Amendment

Regulations 1999

Made by the Fremantle Port Authority and approved by the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Fremantle Port Authority
Amendment Regulations 1999.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fremantle Port
Authority Regulations 1971* .

3.             Regulation 115 amended

After regulation 115(1)(a)(i) the following subregulation is inserted —

G.4

(ia) a Master Class 3 Certificate of Competency issued under the Navigation Act or the Western Australian Marine Act 1982;

4.            Regulation 117 amended

Regulation 117(3) is amended as follows:

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "50" and inserting

instead —

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting "50" and inserting

instead — " 80 ".
